Terms and conditions

The legal terms that govern use of Winsharpsharp

These Terms and Conditions set out the binding rules that apply when you access the platform, create an account, join contests, fund your wallet, submit predictions, receive payouts, use chat features, or participate in any promotional program.

Important notice

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Winsharpsharp platform, including account registration, contests, predictions, wallets, payments, chats, promotions, and support services.

By creating an account, clicking to accept, accessing the platform, joining a league, funding a wallet, submitting predictions, or receiving payouts, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and any contest-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Eligibility and acceptance of terms

  • You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are permitted by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the platform to use the services offered by Winsharpsharp.
  • You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and only if participation in fantasy, prediction, promotional, or prize-based contests is not prohibited in your jurisdiction.
  • Winsharpsharp may restrict or refuse access from any country, territory, device, user group, payment channel, or account where participation presents legal, operational, fraud, compliance, or payment risk.

2. Account registration and identity obligations

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account, including your legal name, phone number, date of birth, email address, and any additional identity or payment information requested by the platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
  • Each individual may maintain only one personal account unless Winsharpsharp expressly authorizes otherwise in writing. Duplicate, misleading, or impersonation-based accounts may be suspended, merged, restricted, or closed without notice.
  • Winsharpsharp may require email verification, payment verification, identity review, or KYC documentation before enabling or continuing access to certain features, including payouts, withdrawals, and promotional eligibility.

3. Account security, suspension, and closure

  • You must notify Winsharpsharp promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, fraud, or misuse of your credentials.
  • Winsharpsharp may suspend, limit, de-prioritize, deactivate, or permanently close any account where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, harassment, chargeback risk, sanctions risk, suspicious payment behavior, rules evasion, bonus abuse, or any breach of these terms.
  • Where appropriate, Winsharpsharp may preserve contest records, wallet balances, transaction history, and prediction data for audit, dispute, fraud-review, legal, or compliance purposes after account closure.

4. Platform services and contest structure

  • The platform may offer public and private leagues, paid and free-entry contests, seasonal and weekly competitions, head-to-head event questions, leaderboard services, chat functionality, notifications, wallet services, and promotional entry programs.
  • Contest availability, format, scoring, payout type, prize pool, entry limits, lock windows, and settlement rules may vary by contest and are governed by the specific details displayed on the relevant contest, league, rules, or administrative surface.
  • Winsharpsharp may create, modify, postpone, suspend, merge, or cancel contests, leagues, match slates, or promotions where necessary for integrity, operational stability, compliance, fraud prevention, content availability, provider limitations, or user protection.

5. Predictions, scoring, and settlement

  • Predictions must be submitted before the applicable lock time displayed or configured for the contest. Once a prediction window has closed, submissions may be rejected and existing picks may no longer be editable.
  • Scoring is determined by the active scoring configuration and contest format then in force, including exact-score points, correct-result points, any decisive-win or underdog bonus treatment, and event-question scoring where applicable.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific contest, football predictions are graded using regulation-time results only, including added time but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts.
  • Winsharpsharp may void, exclude, resettle, or reprocess a match, event question, or contest round where official results are unavailable, disputed, corrected, delayed, abandoned, postponed, or affected by provider, administrative, or integrity issues.
  • Leaderboard outcomes, historical standings, wallet winnings, and related notifications may be recalculated or corrected where result-settlement or scoring errors are identified.

6. Paid contests, free contests, and promotional entry

  • Some contests may require payment of a join fee, while others may be free to enter. A free contest does not create any guarantee of future eligibility, recurring access, or entitlement to ongoing promotional benefits.
  • For any free seasonal league jackpot, winner eligibility may require that a player reaches the minimum total-points threshold stated in that league's description. Players below that published total-points threshold are not eligible to share the seasonal jackpot, even if they are listed on the leaderboard.
  • Winsharpsharp may designate eligible zero-fee public leagues for automatic enrollment during or after account registration. Auto-enrollment remains subject to eligibility, account standing, verification, and promotional rules then in force.
  • Promotional offers, referral codes, bonus programs, campaign jackpots, and free-entry opportunities may be modified, suspended, limited, or withdrawn at any time where misuse, fraud risk, legal risk, budget constraints, or operational needs require it.
  • Where a promotion includes special eligibility conditions, those additional terms apply alongside these Terms and Conditions.

7. Wallets, deposits, and payment providers

  • Your platform wallet may be used to hold deposits, winnings, refunds, promotional credits where applicable, and other authorized balance movements recorded by the platform.
  • Deposits and related payment processing may be handled through third-party payment partners. By initiating a deposit, you authorize the relevant provider and Winsharpsharp to process the transaction and apply the result to your account where verification succeeds.
  • Winsharpsharp may delay, reject, reverse, or investigate any deposit, wallet credit, or balance adjustment where a transaction is incomplete, reversed, duplicated, unauthorized, or flagged by internal controls or a payment provider.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all payment instruments, bank details, and funding sources used by you are valid and lawfully controlled by you.

8. Withdrawals, prizes, and payout verification

  • Withdrawals, winnings, refunds, and promotional payouts are subject to account standing, identity verification, anti-fraud review, payment-provider requirements, and any contest-specific conditions displayed on the platform.
  • Winsharpsharp may require that the receiving bank account name matches the registered user identity before approving or paying a withdrawal or contest prize.
  • Where applicable law requires it, you are solely responsible for any tax reporting, tax payment, banking fees, or statutory obligations arising from prizes, winnings, or other funds received through the platform.
  • Winsharpsharp may withhold, suspend, offset, reverse, or refuse payment where it reasonably believes the account holder has breached these terms, manipulated the platform, failed verification, or benefited from an error, duplicate payment, or improper credit.

9. Public, private, and creator-managed leagues

  • Users may be permitted to create or manage leagues subject to the platform tools, configuration limits, and moderation controls made available by Winsharpsharp.
  • League creators, moderators, or operators must use the platform in good faith and may not use league tools to harass participants, manipulate payouts, misrepresent prize terms, or interfere with scoring integrity.
  • Winsharpsharp reserves the right to intervene in creator-managed leagues, including by editing settings, freezing activity, correcting records, detaching fixtures, resolving disputes, or closing the league where necessary to protect users or platform integrity.

10. Chat, community conduct, and user content

  • You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful to other users or to the platform.
  • By posting chat messages, answers, league content, or other submissions, you grant Winsharpsharp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, and use that content for operating, securing, and improving the service.
  • Winsharpsharp may remove or restrict user content, mute accounts, block features, or retain content for investigation where it believes content breaches these terms or creates legal, safety, reputational, or integrity risk.

11. Prohibited conduct

  • You must not engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, payment reversals intended to avoid losses, identity misuse, bonus abuse, multiple-accounting, automated entry, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, credential attacks, cheating, collusion, or result manipulation.
  • You must not interfere with platform availability, security, provider integrations, contest integrity, or the experience of other users.
  • Any attempt to exploit bugs, timing gaps, settlement logic, pricing mistakes, admin tooling, or promotional loopholes may result in immediate enforcement action, including disqualification and account closure.

12. Intellectual property and platform rights

  • All platform software, branding, design elements, compiled data, contest structures, editorial content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Winsharpsharp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Except as expressly permitted by the platform, you may not copy, republish, sell, frame, mirror, distribute, decompile, or commercially exploit any portion of the service.

13. Service availability and no guarantee

  • The platform is provided on an as-available and as-operated basis. Winsharpsharp does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, immediate settlement, or continuous access to every feature, contest, or payment route.
  • Downtime, maintenance, provider outages, fixture-source errors, payment-partner issues, connectivity failures, or administrative corrections may affect access, submissions, or settlement timing.

14. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winsharpsharp and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.
  • Without limiting the foregoing, Winsharpsharp is not liable for losses arising from third-party provider failures, payment processor errors, unsupported jurisdictions, user mistakes, device compromise, internet outages, official result corrections, or enforcement actions taken in good faith under these terms.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability of Winsharpsharp for any claim related to the platform shall be limited to the lesser of the amount directly paid by you to enter the affected contest or the amount required by applicable law.

15. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Winsharpsharp and its operators, affiliates, officers, staff, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, your unlawful conduct, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

16. Changes to the service and to these terms

  • Winsharpsharp may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, operational changes, security needs, or business decisions.
  • Updated terms become effective when published on this page or otherwise communicated through the platform unless a later effective date is expressly stated.
  • Your continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing law and dispute handling

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
  • Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to first contact Winsharpsharp through the support channel and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the platform.

18. Contact and interpretation

  • Questions about these Terms and Conditions, contest disputes, payouts, or account restrictions should be submitted through the official support page available on the platform.
  • If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • These terms should be read together with the Rules page and Privacy page. Where a contest-specific notice conflicts with a general summary, the contest-specific notice applies to that contest except where prohibited by law.
